Again, the season of Spring has come
and a spring-source rises under everything,
a moon sliding from the shadows. (Rumi/Barks)
The other night, as I left church,
the moon hung over the horizon to the west
holding a slender cup of the sun's light,
a glance of reflection from so far away,
and yet it cast a glow
that lit up my soul. (db)
