Jim Rokakis, Director of Thriving Communities Institute, and a nationally recognized leader in land banks and neighborhood revitalization, is surrounded by members of the audience of 70.  The Sunday, March 2 forum covered the demolition of abandoned homes and the new urbanism with young professionals. Questions on declining property values led to the conclusion that revitalization of Cleveland’s central core is absolutely critical to real estate stabilization and the health of the NE Ohio region.
