What’s for dinner—nutritionally, politically and environmentally? Farm policy, corporate food marketing, fast food and obesity are products of our current agribusiness system. Many preventable chronic diseases are linked to diet. What are first steps toward improving our food choices? Registration: Sunday, February 7, or Saturday, February 13.
